AB32 Implementation Continues

The process of implementing the Global Warming Solutions Act (AB 32) continues as members of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) voted last Friday to impose fees on the largest emitters of greenhouse gases. The fees will be used to monitor and regulate carbon emissions. This is not especially significant, as it was mandated by the legislation, but it’s good to see that things are moving ahead.
